Youth Tennis Clinic Schedule & Registration

Youth Clinic Passes - How They Work:

• Package Lengths: 4–7 weeks, 8–11 weeks, 12-23 weeks, or 24+ weeks

• Clinics per Week: Choose one or two sessions by choosing which day(s) you want

• Consistent Scheduling: You’re enrolled for the same day & time each week throughout your pass

• Payment: Full payment is due when you register

• Cancellations & Make-Ups: See our policies below for details on late cancellations and missed sessions

Cancellation Policy (Entire Clinic Pass):

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the first clinic session are eligible for a full refund, minus a 4% administrative fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start date and up to 30 days after the start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the prorated cost of any classes already held.

• Cancellations must be confirmed via text message sent to 408-612-7420.

Absence & Make-Up Policy (Individual Clinic Days):

• If a student cannot attend their scheduled clinic session, we will attempt to arrange a make-up session before the clinic pass expires, subject to availability. Make-up sessions must occur on a different day from the student's regularly scheduled clinic sessions.

• Students must notify the instructor or our staff about their absence and request a make-up session by sending a text message to 408-612-7420.

• While we cannot guarantee availability for make-up sessions, every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

• Clear and timely communication regarding availability and preferred make-up times greatly assists our scheduling efforts.

• In the event of cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances initiated by SBA Tennis & Pickleball, account credit will be issued. This credit can be applied towards future clinics or other services offered by SBA Tennis & Pickleball, such as camps, lessons, etc., or students can be added to any available clinic session of their choice.
