LESSONS & SCHEDULING

Private, semi-private, and group lessons are scheduled based on coach and court availability. When a lesson is booked with a specific instructor for a specific day and time, SBA Tennis & Pickleball will make reasonable efforts to provide that instructor for the scheduled lesson.

 

In the event that a scheduled instructor becomes unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, travel, or other unforeseen circumstances, SBA Tennis & Pickleball may offer a qualified substitute instructor to help avoid disruption to the scheduled lesson. If a substitute instructor is not preferred, participants may request to reschedule the lesson to another available time with the original instructor when possible.

 

For lesson packages and recurring lesson schedules, participants acknowledge that coach availability, recurring days/times, and scheduling preferences may occasionally change over time. While SBA Tennis & Pickleball makes every reasonable effort to maintain consistent scheduling and instructor assignments throughout the duration of a package, long-term availability for a specific coach, day, or time cannot be guaranteed due to factors including staffing adjustments, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel, or operational needs.

 

In most cases, SBA Tennis & Pickleball is able to accommodate preferred scheduling requests and maintain lesson consistency whenever reasonably possible.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled without additional charge only if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the

scheduled lesson time.

 

If a lesson is canceled by a participant and rescheduling is not requested or possible, a 10% administrative/payment processing fee may be deducted from any refund issued.

 

If a lesson is canceled by SBA Tennis & Pickleball and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

 

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and are generally not eligible for refund or rescheduling, except in limited circumstances at the discretion of SBA Tennis & Pickleball.

 

WEATHER & FACILITY ISSUES

If lessons are canceled due to weather, unsafe court conditions, or facility-related issues, SBA Tennis & Pickleball will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the lesson. If rescheduling is not possible or preferred, a full refund will be issued.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Participants arriving late may still attend the remainder of their scheduled lesson; however, lessons will end at the originally scheduled time and may not be extended due to late arrival.

 

LESSON PACKAGES & EXPIRATION

Lesson packages and promotional offers may have expiration dates. Applicable expiration information is displayed at the time

of purchase.

 

Unused lessons remaining after the expiration date may be forfeited unless otherwise approved by SBA Tennis & Pickleball.

 

TRANSFERS

Lesson packages and unused lessons may be transferred to siblings, family members, or friends with prior approval from SBA Tennis & Pickleball.

 

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. SBA Tennis & Pickleball reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any individual whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.

 

EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL PROPERTY

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. SBA Tennis & Pickleball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or participating in lessons with SBA Tennis & Pickleball, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
