Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and our coaching staff, we have the following policy in place: Booking Restrictions: Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. If you are trying to book within 24 hours, please call us at 408-612-7420 to check if we can accommodate you. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. We are unable to offer credits, refunds, or make-up sessions for cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
