Our lessons offer a more flexible, personalized experience. Unlike clinics, these lessons are not tied to existing groups—instead, they are scheduled based on your availability, and you decide who joins. Lessons are booked on a case-by-case basis and do not necessarily follow a weekly schedule. This allows for greater flexibility and often means smaller group sizes. Additionally, there is no required skill-based grouping—you choose who participates, whether it's family members, friends, or individuals at different levels.
